What you will need:
1 loaf french bread 1 tsp. vanilla
8 large eggs 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. half and half 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. milk dash of salt
2 tbsp sugar
Praline Topping:
2 sticks butter 2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 c. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1c. chopped pecans 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Slice the bread into approximately 20 1" slices. Butter a 9X13 pan
and lay bread in slightly overlapping. Combine the rest ofthe ingredients in and pour over the bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. The next morning, preheat the oven to 350. Combine the praline topping ingredients and spread over the casserole. Bake for 40 min. Be sure the pan isn't too crowded or put the pan on a cookie sheet as it will puff up and posible boil over during cooking.

Hot Artichoke Dip
What You Will Need:
1 can (14oz) artichokes, drained
1/2 small onion, chopped (opt)
1 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. mayonnaise
Mash artichokes slightly. Mix in remaining ingredients.
Place in baking dish and bake for 25 min at 350 degrees.
Serve with tortilla chips, triscuits, or other crackers.

Easy Apple Pie
What you will need:
One large red apple per two people
One already made pie crust per 2 apples
2 c sugar
cinnamon
ice cream if wanted
butter
1. Peel and core apples
2. Cut each apple in half from top to bottom not accross
3. Place apple halves flat side down in baking dish like a 4 leaf clover
4. put 2 cups sugar and as much cinnamon as you like and about 4tbs of butter in a sauce pan and melt till runny
5. Pour mixture over apples
6. Cover the 4 half clover with one pie crust and the rest till all are covered
7. Bake at temp located on crust package till light brown
8. Sereve hot with ice cream.

You Will Need:
1c. oatmeal
1/2c. wheat germ
1/4c. coconut
1tsp. cinnamon
2TBS vegetable oil
1tsp. vanilla
Mix all ingredients. Toast 8-10 minutes in a 375 degree oven. Stir at least once during baking. Mixture will not look crisp when done, but will darken and crisp as it cools.

1 cup whole milk
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine half-and-half and milk. Heat through, then reduce heat to low and stir in egg yolks and and cheese, a little at a time, until well incorporated. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes, until thick, stirring occasionally. Stir in salt and pepper to taste and toss with hot pasta.
I love adding green peppers to mine and garlitake a whole garlic and run extra virgin olive oil on it and wrap it in foil and back at a low heat till mushy then squeeze out the garilc and mix it in its awsome good for gravy too.

What you will need
Left over baked chicken shredded as much as you like
chicken broth at least two boxes of swansons
some onion diced I use what I put in my chicken
1 bag frozen egg noodles
Mix it all up in a large pot
add seasonings to flavor
boil it till noodles are done

Broccoli Cheese Soup
What You Will Need
1c. boiling water
1 stalk celery, sliced optional
1 onion diced
2c. fresh or 10oz pkg frozen broccoli thawed
2Tbsp butter or margarine
2Tbsp flour
2c. milk
1/8 tsp pepper
1c shredded cheese
1. Bring water to boil. Add celery, onion, and broccoli and cook until tender.
2. Add butter or margarine and melt.
3. In a seperate bowl, whisk the flour with the milk and pepper, Add gradually to the soup mixture, stirring constantly,, and heat until thickened ( but not boiling)
4. Add cheese and stir until melted
My family will not eat celery so it is optional
I serve this before a meal its not really filling to make alone.

Baked Chicken
What You Will Need
One Whole Chicken
Choice of or all 3
Onions, Green Pepper, Potatoes
Mixture of your fave seasonings
Preheat Oven to 400
Clean out and rinse your chicken
put in a covered type baking dish
sprinkle your seasoning all over chicken and inside
stuff inside full of your chosen veggie I cut mine in chunks
and mix them up
Put a tooth pick in the folds to hold stuff inside
Cover and bake till done.
Save your veggies except potatoes for Chicken Noodle soup coming tomarrow

2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
In a medium mixing bowl, blend cream chees and vanilla with a hand electric mixer. Add the brown sugar and combine. Serve with fruit or cake. Makes 2 cups
Strawberry Yogurt Dip
1 c. frozen whole strawberries, thawed
1 (8oz) carton strawberry yogurt
1/2 c. whipped topping
In medium mixing bowl, mash berries. Add yogurt and mix well. Fold in whipped topping serve with fruit. Makdes 1-3/4 cups
Lowfat Lemon Yogurt Dip
2 (8oz) cartons lowfat or nonfat lemon yogurt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Ina small mixing bowl, mix yogurt and cinnamon. Serve with fruit. Makes 2 cups
Tropical Fruit Dip
1 (16oz) carton cottage cheese
1/4c lemon yogurt or flavor of your choice
3-4 Tbsp. honey
1tsp grated orange peel
2 Tbsp flaked coconut, toasted
Place the cottage cheese and yogurt in a blender, cover and process until smooth. Stir in honey and orange peel. Pour into a serving dish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour Sprinkle with toasted cocont. Sereve with fruit makes about 1-1/2 cups

mexican stuff no name lol
What you will need but not limited to since this is about whatever you may have in your cabinet or fridge good when you dont have much to work with
Fried up hamburger chopped
white or brown rice or any you have available can be left overs on any of this
1 can of rotel or something like that
any kind of mexican seasoning you like and have abvailable
cook all of it like the box says
then mix it all up and enjoy
really good if you have burrito shells but if not cook up a veggie and there is a meal to last a couple of days.

2 cans crushed tomatoes
1 Jar Italian Garlic and Seasoning its wet in the seasoning section of store
baby carrots enough for your family
cubed potatoes not cooked
a whole union whatever kind you like
1. Brown your roast because your mom said to. I dont and I have not noticed a difference
2. Cut up your onion into the piece sizes you like
3. Put all ingredients into a crock pot
4. Cook on med till roast is done.
5. Cut and Serve make your loved ones think this took all day to prepare.
